Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via eParcel with tracking and drop-off with signature required. If you prefer delivery by other shipment method, please contact us before choosing this method.


Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Shipping Note
We ship to most countries around the world with some exceptions. We will notify you if your country is on the restricted shipping list, and you can not perform any purchase in our website. Full refund will issued in this case.


Orders will be shipped via
1. Skynet, or Poslaju within Malaysia
2. Airmail Registered Post, eParcel, USPS and Fedex for oversea.
3. Any other shipment methods (Prior arrangement)


The shipment prices listed in our website will be applied by subject to weight of the parel, and also the area and region of destination country. However, the allowed maximum per shipment are limited to 10Kg. For quantity For quantity order, please contact us. The site will calculate the shipping cost based on your region and weight of the item. Handling fees and other charges are included. You will be given a tracking number upon the goods are sent. Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (out of shipping days). However, It is subjected to type of payment recieved; Bank transfer (MERS GIRO) and Verified and autheticated buyer(Payapal) will obtained immediate response in shipment processing while Telegraphic Transfer, western union, unverified buyer (Paypal) or eCheaque payment are usually take another one or two days or up to one week in waiting confirmation from our payment service provider. If your product is not in stock, we will notify you immediately. You will have option either to wait (Usually take 1 to 3 weeks) or request for full refund, we will notify you again once your product is available.


If you want to purchase many of products of us and you decide to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee(much cheaper than EMS).Usually , We'll pick a effective and economical shippment method for you , unless you have your own appointment. In this case ,do not place an order until contact us!


Tax Information
No tax will be applied within Malaysia shipment. For oversea, in accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge sales tax in states where we have operations. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address. We obtain sales tax rates from a leading tax rate service provider. For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated sales tax amount when orders are placed. Note that many factors can change between the time you place an order and the time your order is shipped, which could affect the calculation of sales taxes. Therefore, the amount appearing on your order as estimated tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged when your order ships. The exact sales tax will be listed on your invoice and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.


Returns and Exchanges
3 days inspection period will be given upon receipt of merchandise. All of our items come with an extensive 3 days money-back guarantee during which you can return the item for an exchange add a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please be aware that shipping charges are your responsibility and they are not refundable or reimbursed.


Returned items must be new and unused and in unworn condition. "New and Unused" means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, with the protective plastic still around the band (for stainless steel bands), lost or stolen parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal misuse or negligence: there are no signs of wear on the product at all.


The product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that has been used. It is very important that you include a note or a print out saying what is wrong with the item, or what you are looking for, and your name and address along with your email, date and form of payment and a phone number. This will speed up the process!


It is also very important that you send your return package as a "Gift", without indicating a price value. If the carrier that you are shipping with absolutely requires for you to specify a value, make sure it is the minimum allowed. In cases where you do not follow these measures, we will simply not be able to accept your refund, due to customs fees.


Do not specify in detail! Simply write down "gift" for the contents of your order. Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges and insurance) on all returns or exchanges.


We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns, tracking number and insurance are very important in case of a late or lost package.


If you ship from the US and wish to use USPS, please ship either with Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance!

We also strongly recommend that you check with your carrier if there will be any issues with customs fees upon our receipt of the package. Remember, all expenses during shipping are your responsibility, which includes customs fees, and we reserve the option to decline receipt of your package if there is a customs fee required.


We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the way when you return them to us.
We will only issue an exchange after we have received the original item.
You cannot return any items after you have used it.
Used items can only be returned for repairs if covered by warranty.
Exchanges are only applicable for brand new or unused items.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you have 3 days in which you can exchange it for any other in our collection, if the price is different you can either send the difference or we will reimburse you the difference.
If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order for the price difference or we will invoice you later; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check).

Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges and insurance) on returns or exchanges.
We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns, tracking number and insurance are very important in case of a late or lost package. - We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the way when you return them to us.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for replacements or exchanges to arrive. We pride ourselves on pleasing our customers and make every effort to insure that you are happy with your purchase.


Customs Control
Please make sure the items you bought are NOT restricted by your nation customs control in one or small amount of shipping item. We would not responsible for any laws and regulations charges applied on the shipping items; in any case of Confiscated, penalty, and other law actions.


Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Should you fraudulently charge back your credit card we will automatically charge you a $50 processing fee plus the maximum amount of damages allowed by law. Furthermore, we will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and report the fraudulent chargeback to law enforcement authorities and related financial agencies. Should we be unable to collect this fee we may report your account to a collection agency (damaging your credit) to collect it for us.

Customers who prematurely issue chargebacks for non-delivery, mis-delivery, order cancellation, refund, exchange, etc. without working through us or the delivery carrier, etc. are also liable for chargeback fees. Failure to reverse a premature chargeback will result in us turning the account over to collections including a $50 chargeback fee and applicable collection fees and fines as allowed by law.

Chargebacks should be the last line of customer protection used in obviously fraudulent situations. Quickly posting a chargeback or threatening to post a chargeback against us for shipping mishaps, etc or situations out of our control - could be a costly decision if used frivolously - and because of our business ethics and customer care programs - should never be necessary. Always work with us on issues - we are more than happy to help as possible.

You further agree that, should you violate any of these terms you will cause us damages equal to or greater than the amount of your current purchase, which will be forfeited.
